Why are Nigerians, who served as Ministers to President Buhari, escaping from Nigeria?

They were 43 in number. 34 of them are out of the country. Of them, 21 are in the UK, 8 in Dubai, 2 in Malaysia, 2 in South Africa, and 2 in Rwanda. 1 in Kaduna, 1 in Kano, 4 in Abuja, & 2 on hospital admission in Egypt. Of them, 8 have private universities.
