I read in the news that, along with much other evidence, the court has admitted Peter Obi & Labour Party’s evidence that shows that INEC Server had no glitches on Election Day.
Also, the court has admitted the evidence which will prove that Tinubu’s dual citizenship disqualified him from contesting in the 2023 presidential election in Nigeria.
Do they have a chance in a Nigerian court?
His chances are clear. But the judiciary can't be trusted. As we say, the judiciary is on trial in the sense that they need to prove their independence. There is clear evidence that Tinubu didn't win the election. Not only that, he should have stood for the election in the first instance.
