In my basic knowledge of government, I think that before a bill is passed to become law, the legislature has to debate it and return it to the president for an ascent. The 10th National Assembly has just been inaugurated, and the executive has passed several bills into law. Was there any impact by the 3-day old legislature on this or they are worth overriding?
